Mini Hollywood is a theme park and zoo set in the desert landscape of Tabernas. Formerly a film set. Many well known westerns were shot here. Watch o­ne of the daily shoot outs. Cheer o­n the Sheriff and see some very rough looking locals bite the dust. There is a small museum housing camera equipment, projectors and memorabilia. As it is can be quiet hot you can enjoy a cold beer and a snack at the Saloon whilst watching a can can show. Once you have seen enough of the wild west there are several snack bars and restaurants to visit. Or take some time out and have a dip in the pool. The zoo is very worth a visit with a many interesting animals to see. The zoo is spread out over quite a large area be prepared for some walking or catch a ride o­n the train. Remember you are in a desert and especially in the summer months it is very hot so do not forget the sun block. Prices for adults €19 & €9 for children aged between 4 -12 years.
