This is a magnifificent family property nestling in a spectacular hilltop overlooking the Mediterranean. The accommodation has six/seven bedrooms, divided into three sections: a three/four bedroom modern house, a separate self contained two bedroom apartment, and another single-bed studio apartment. No part of the property is, or can be, overlooked from outside. The only terrace which is even overlooked from within the property is that surrounding the pool.

The two bed apartment has its own shower room, living room and kitchen. The studio apartment also has its own shower room and kitchen facilities. Both have sitting areas outside the respective front doors.

There is considerable parking space : just below the house is a double car port, while a large detached garage stands slightly above it. But an extended gravel terrace can be used to accomadate another dozen vihicles for occasional entertainment.

The words spectacular and stunning are sorely over used to describe property locations, but each applies fully to this one. The house tucked into the hillside overlooking Mojacar Pueblo. It offers a 300 degrees panoramic view from the Sierra Filabres hills on one side, across the large flat plane surrounding the nearby historic towns or Vera and Cuevas del Almanzora to the Mediterranean and 65km coastline running to Aguilas. Access comes via tarmac road from the maid Mojacar- Turre road, and the driveway up o the front dor has been freshly tarmaced. Natural gardens have been laid out to follow the countours of the land on terraces surrounding the house, populated with appropriate Mediteranean plants, including several large palm trees. Ths has been regulary maintained even in the owners absence. Every terrace has a retaining wall which hasbeen recently refurbished and reinforced.
