Brand new 3 bedroomed village house situated in a typical Spanish Pueblo. The village is nestled within the mountains close to the larger town of Sorbas. Mojacar and it´s beaches and nightlife are 30 minute drive away as are the golf courses. The house is newly furnished to a high standard with 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom o­n the first floor with bathroom and 1 double bedroom o­n ground floor with shower room. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the olive orchards and mountains and has spiral stair access to the large roof terrace again affording wonderful mountain views. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, extractor, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Air conditioning has been fitted as has Sky TV. The village has a lovely pool open in high season which is a short stroll from the house. The village has a bank, couple of bars, restaurant, shop and has a small market o­n a Saturday. This house is ideal for an idylic stay experiencing Spanish life at it´s best but within easy access of livelier amenities. The village is approx 30 minutes drive from Almeria Airport. Car hire is strongly recommended.
