Brand new 2 bedroomed first floor apartment for rent in Roquetas, Almeria. This apartment is furnished to a high standard with brand new kitchen. The lounge and kitchen are open plan. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, extractor, fridge, washing machine and all crockery and cutlery. The lounge has a sofa bed , ceiling fan and UK satelite tv. The patio doors lead onto the large corner terrace which is furnished with dining table and sunbeds. This area of the apartment offers plenty of sunshine but also shaded areas for alfresco dining. The views from here are of the mountains in the distance which, even in the spring, are sprinkled with snow on the Sierra Nevada.

The bedrooms are furnished as a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both have ceiling fans. The bathroom has full bath plus shower. All linen and towels are provided. A communal pool is available for guests use alathough the wide clean beaches are approximately 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

This apartment is centrally located and car hire is not necessary. Airport transfers can be arranged. The Avenida Mediterranean is opposite the apartments with it´s array of shops, bars, restaurants and tapas bars. This road leads to the wide beaches of the resort. Once at the promenade a walk in one direction will take you to the large marina of Roquetas with wonderful restaurants and bars, fort and amphitheatre where local fiestas and shows take place. A walk in the other direction takes you to the larger urbanisation with an abundance of hotels, restaurants and bars. There are sunbeds for hire on the beach and parasols.

The local bus route again is in the Avenida from where you can catch a bus to Gran Plaza Shopping complex with hypermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, bowling alley and cinema complex. Mario Water Park (open high season only) is closeby as is the new roller skating rink and dance studio. There is an aquarium close to the water park.
