Beautiful 3 bedroomed atico apartment in Roquetas de Mar. This apartment has open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. The kitchen consists of fitted wall and base units, washing machine, oven and hob, extractor fan, fridge and is equipped with all necessary items. The lounge has ceiling fans and airconditioning/heating. The patio doors open up to a very very large terrace running the complete width and length of the apartment plus there is a large roof top solarium (private). The views are of the local urbanisation and the sea. There are 2 double bedrooms plus a single bedroom with single bed and pull out bed. There are fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms. The master bedroom has ceiling fan and airconditioning. The other 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a full bathroom with bath, overbath shower, toilet and bidet. There is a second toilet and shower room. The apartment is on the 6th floor and is accessible via lifts and stairs. There is a large communal swimming pool.

The location of the apartment is very central with large supermarket opposite, Avd Mediterraneo opposite with shops, bars and restaurants (try Flamingos for tapas and evening meals - great value and large portions of food). At the end of this avenue is the wide beach with sunbeds and parasols for hire. A short walk along the promenade in one direction will take you to the newly refurbished port and marina with beautiful waterside fish restaurants and tapas bar. A walk in the opposite direction will bring you to the larger urbanisation of Roquetas de Mar with hotels, shops, bars and restaurants. The local bus stops opposite the apartments which will take you to the Gran Plaza shopping mall with restaurants, bars, hypermarket, bowling alley and cinema complex. There is also the inevitable McDonalds, Burger King and Pizza Hut. The Thursday market is opposite the Gran Plaza. The bus will also take you to Aguadulce which is another resort well worth a visit and is predominantly Spanish. Mario Water Park is also a short ride away from the apartment but this is open June to first week September only.

Car hire is not necessary at this apartment. Airport transfers can be arranged (please call for details). Welcome food packs can be ordered.
