The apartment has a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, twin bedroom and family bathroom. The lounge is bright and spacious with sofa, tv cabinet, coffee table and table and chairs. All rooms have ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle toaster and washing machine. Every item required is supplied for your use from a tea- spoon to a saucepan. The good sized balcony is accessible via the lounge and also the kitchen. The views are of the large well maintained gardens with 2 swimming pools, childrens pool, childrens play area and tennis courts. There is a gymnasium, jacuzzi and sauna on site. There is a cheringuita (cafe/bar) in the gardens. The complex even has it´s own lake with beach area and water sports planned for the summer. Towels and linen are provided but please bring your own beach/pool towels.

A short drive from the apartments in Copo shopping complex with it´s hypermarket, shops, bars, restaurants, cinema complex and go-carting. Here you will also find the inevitable McDonalds!!

Almerimar is a beautiful tourist town with the second largest marina in Europe. It is a perfect place to spend a holiday. There is a popular golf course a short drive from the apartment. The beaches here are long and quiet. There is always plenty to watch as the boats come in and out of this picturesque harbour. Boats are available to charter for a lazy day or sea fishing.

If you are interested in history you must visit the 10th century Alcazabar (fortress) in Almeria. Entry to this Moorish castle is free to EU residents and it offers a magnificent view over the surrounding area as well as a fascinating insight into the life of the people.

The Sierra Nevada with its Sol y Nieve Ski Resort is a 2 hour drive away towards Grenada. Almeria Airport has daily flights and is a 40 minute drive from Almerimar.

Car hire is highly recommended to appreciate this area of Andalucia.
